An easy way to begin using these oils is to simply add a drop to your moisturizer or face cleanser before you apply it. When mixing essential oils with a carrier oil, we recommend using a 2:1 ratio of carrier oils to essential oils.

For baths, simply combine 10 to 15 drops of essential oil and a couple of teaspoons of carrier oil with a half-cup of bath salts, and then add to the water. carrier oil is any lipid-based oil, such as Fractionated Coconut Oil, Argan, Jojoba, Rosehip Seed, or Castor Oil.

Remember, everyone's skin reacts differently to different products. We suggest a patch test first. Before starting a new product, place a small amount on the inside of your elbow or wrist and wait 48 to 72 hours. If you do not notice redness, irritation, itching, or burning on that spot, it is okay for you to use.
