How do I place my international order?

At “Checkout”, you will see a button for “International Checkout” at the bottom of the screen. Click on that and you will be able to choose your country and get all shipping charges.

Just Headphone has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex ́s cart. You may pay with international Credit Cards, PayPal, Alipay, Bank transfers, Moneygram and Western Union. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to over 200 countries and territories. Follow the “International Checkout” instructions above to see the list.

Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to GlobalShopex at customercare@globalshopex.com or 786-391-4868.

What payment methods do you offer?

Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Money Gram, Western Union, Alipay & Bank Transfer. If there is any suspicion of fraud we will request additional information to confirm payment. If we do not receive an answer within 7 business days, the order will be cancelled. Every transaction verification is done for your own protection.

Can you convert foreign currencies and calculate the respective duties and taxes for the country?

Yes, with our International localized checkout, you can convert all currencies and will be provided the duties and taxes at checkout

Can I track my order?

Yes. You can track your order here by entering your GlobalShopex Order Number assigned to your package (GlobalShopex is our shipping provider). We will also inform you once your package has been sent through an email sent to you by our customer care team.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

You will receive your order within approximately 10-15 business days for Standard Shipping or 5-7 business days for Priority Shipping from the moment the order leaves GlobalShopex ́s international warehouse for most items in stock, unless otherwise noted. We will notify you via email if there’s a delay in shipping. Tracking information will be emailed once an order is shipped.

Who can I contact if my order does not reach its final destination?

If your package has not reached its final destination within 10-15 business choosing standard shipping or 5-7 business days with priority you may contact GSX at customercare@globalshopex.com or 786-391-4868.

Can I return a package?

To return a package to the USA, first you must review our store’s return policy. Our International shipper, GlobalShopex, will help you with any formalities you may encounter during this procedure.

Can I cancel or change my order?

GlobalShopex is our International shipper and they act independently from our store in the USA, therefore any cancellation or exchange can only be handled if we have not shipped the product from our store.
