Smoothie Recipes with MCT Oil

It's the beginning of the New Year and like most of us, we want to eat healthier, lose weight, have more energy and have an overall better lifestyle. MCT Oil by Radha Beauty is the key ingredient to up your energy levels and have you moving all day. Kick start your morning with these great smoothie recipes that incorporate MCT Oil.

Berry Blast

- 1 cup of Almond or Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 30 g of protein
- 1 tbsp Radha Beauty MCT Oil
- 1/2 cup ice (add or remove to achieve desired consistency)

Protein Packer Smoothie

- 8 oz Almond Milk, Soy Milk or Coconut Water
- 1 scoop of protein powder (20 – 30 grams)
- 1 tbsp Radha Beauty MCT Oil
- 1/2 cup frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter
- 1/2 cup ice (add or remove to achieve desired consistency)

Triathlete Anti-Oxidant Smoothie

- 8 oz Almond Milk, Soy Milk or Coconut Water
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (20 – 30 grams)
- 1 tbsp Radha Beauty MCT Oil
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1/2 cup of spinach
- 1/2 cup of frozen berries
- 1/2 cup ice (add or remove to achieve desired consistency)
